Although we are involved in our social medias account, we are not guaranteeing a reply in due time, therefor, we do not recommend sending us inquiry about your order or any other questions via Instagram or facebook.

Any package(s) that is lost, refused, not acknowledged, considered "unclaimed" by the customer or are otherwise returned due to reasons that Miminoo is not at fault for, will NOT be refunded by Miminoo by any means.

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and location.

Customers are responsible for all taxes (including use tax in PA), duties or fees charged for orders.

Swimwear, Underwear, furniture, custom and made to order items, sales or discounted items (with a coupon) are considered as FINAL SALE and will be not returnable and/or refundable. 

FAULTY ITEMS: If you receive any defective items, please contact Miminoo within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will not accept ANY claim past this period. Once inspected and approved by Miminoo items will be replaced and only refunded if a replacement is unavailable.


Discount codes must be used at the time of purchase and can not be applied to previous orders. Orders made with promotional codes are considered as FINAL SALE. NO exceptions will be granted.


Almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. The duties and taxes normally must be paid for before the goods are released from customs. A shipment's duty and tax amount may be based upon:

-Product value
-Trade agreements
-Country of manufacture
-Use of product

Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duty or other customs fees for their order. Shipments may be held by a country's customs department for a long period of time and items may be restricted due to each country's policy. Please note that Miminoo is not responsible for such situations and refunds will NOT be applied. We suggest you contact your local customs department to inquire about such details. Any packages that are refused or not acknowledged by the customer will not be refunded by Miminoo by any means.

Customers outside of Arizona do not pay sales tax, however a 7.8% sales tax applies to all AZ residents. Customers outside of AZ are responsible for taxes on merchandise shipped to them.

Each brand sizes differently, we recommend that you check the Brand's size chart (that we provide on the product page or images) and refer to the dimensions rather than the age size.
